Confidentiality Agreement (保密合約)

若文件中包含需要對外保密的資料，米德佳公司可與您簽訂專屬的保密合約書。只需事先與米德佳通知即可。此外，除非得到您的同意，米德佳不會擅自對外公佈客戶的公司名稱與相關資料。

米德佳執行制定的內部流程與程序以確保您的文稿、研究及/或構想之保密性。

Midgard has instituted internal processes and procedures that ensure confidentiality of your documents, research, and/or ideas.

米德佳同時也保證您所有的私人及文件資料絕不會洩漏。
